- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients - Manage patient records and update information as necessary - Verify insurance coverage - Collect payments and provide patients with billing information - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Assist with administrative tasks as needed Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in using phone systems and computer software - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Friendly and professional demeanor If you are a motivated individual with excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.
